How to fix Cyfrowy Polsat not working

Cyfrowy Polsat is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:

1. Reload cyfrowypolsat.pl fresh

   If the account page opens but login, invoices, or forms hang, press Ctrl+F5 on Windows or Linux, or Command+Shift+R on Mac. Then open cyfrowypolsat.pl in a private window, because old cookies can keep a broken session alive.

2. Restart Polsat Box Go

   If streaming or account access fails in the Polsat Box Go app, close the app and open it again before changing settings. On Android, use Settings > Apps > Polsat Box Go > Force stop; on iPhone, open the app switcher and swipe the app away.

3. Clear Polsat Box Go cache

   On Android, go to Settings > Apps > Polsat Box Go > Storage & cache > Clear cache, then open the app again. On iPhone, use Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Polsat Box Go > Offload App, then reinstall it from the App Store.

4. Flush DNS for the site

   If only the Cyfrowy Polsat website fails on your computer while other sites load, clear your DNS cache. On Windows, open Command Prompt and run ipconfig /flushdns; on macOS, open Terminal and run sudo dscacheutil -flushcache; sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder.
