Each report sums up a month of problem reports from users in Switzerland across the 534 services listed here: which services drew the most reports, the biggest spikes, the busiest days and how each category fared.

The archive behind them starts on 5 October 2026. The current month updates about every half hour, and a new report starts on the first of each month.

Method

Where the numbers come from

The numbers are problem reports from users in Switzerland, gathered every five minutes from a public outage-reporting service and kept in 15-minute windows. A spike is a jump well above the usual level of reports for that service, the same rule the live status pages use. Spikes show that many people had trouble at the same time; they are not a measurement of downtime. Each report explains the method in full.
