How to fix Odido not working

When Odido itself is having trouble, these steps won't bring it back, but they will rule out anything on your side:

1. Reload and restart

   Reload the page (Ctrl+F5, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac), or fully close the app and open it again.

2. Try another connection

   Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If it works on one and not the other, the problem is your network, not Odido.

3. Update the app

   Install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. Old versions can stop connecting after a server-side change.

While Odido is down: what to use instead

• Mijn Odido in a browser If the app will not load, try odido.nl on mobile data or Wi-Fi to check your account, bills, and subscription settings.
• Wi-Fi or mobile hotspot If your fixed internet is out, a phone on another mobile network can share data with a laptop for basic work and messages.
• KPN or Vodafone mobile service If you need a temporary Dutch mobile connection, these are common alternatives for calls, texts, and mobile data.
• Ziggo home internet If you need another fixed broadband option at home, Ziggo is a common cable internet provider in the Netherlands.
