Hypixel outages and problems
In the past 24 hours, 15 user reports came in for Hypixel. Counting only the 15-minute windows with a spike big enough to count as an outage, that comes to 100.00% uptime for the day.
The busiest 15-minute window had 3 reports, about 3 hours ago. That stays below our outage threshold, so it doesn't count as downtime.

How to fix Hypixel not working
Hypixel is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:
Your browser tries to reach hypixel.net over your own connection, right now. Nothing is sent to us or stored.
Reload and restart
Reload the page (Ctrl+F5, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac), or fully close the app and open it again.
Try another connection
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If it works on one and not the other, the problem is your network, not Hypixel.
Update the app
Install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. Old versions can stop connecting after a server-side change.
While Hypixel is down: what to use instead
- Minecraft singleplayer Load a local world if you want to build or explore without waiting on the server.
- Minecraft LAN world Host a LAN world so friends on the same network can still play together when the public server won't connect.
- CubeCraft Join CubeCraft if you want minigames on a different Minecraft server and don't mind a new lobby.
- Hypixel forums Read the forums for community updates and outage chatter while in-game play is unavailable.

How we track Hypixel
The status on this page comes from user-submitted problem reports for Hypixel, counted in 15-minute windows over the last 24 hours. Each window is compared with the normal level for Hypixel, so a few complaints on a quiet day don't trigger anything, but a sudden jump well above normal does.
When reports climb well above normal, the status here changes to partial outage or major outage and the chart moves with it. Hypixel doesn't publish a public status page that we know of, so user reports are often the quickest sign that something is wrong on their side.
