How to fix Tauron not working

Tauron is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:

1. Reload and restart

   Reload the page (Ctrl+F5, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac), or fully close the app and open it again.

2. Try another connection

   Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If it works on one and not the other, the problem is your network, not Tauron.

3. Update the app

   Install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. Old versions can stop connecting after a server-side change.

While Tauron is down: what to use instead

• Tauron.pl in a browser If the app hangs, try the website from a desktop browser, since login and payment problems sometimes affect only one channel.
• Your bank app Pay from your bank using the details on your latest invoice if the in-account payment screen is stuck and the bill cannot wait.
• Phone contact For a power cut, damaged line, or urgent supply issue, call the energy emergency line or customer service instead of waiting for the portal.
