How to fix Peacock not working
Peacock is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:

Force quit Peacock
On iPhone, open the app switcher and swipe the Peacock card up; on Android, open Recents and swipe the app away. Reopen it and play the same title.
Test Peacock on another network
Turn off Wi-Fi and open the app on mobile data, or join a different Wi-Fi network and start the same episode. If it loads there, your first network is the problem. Restart the router before you change any app settings.
Update Peacock
On iPhone, open the App Store, tap your profile icon, then tap Update next to the app; on Android, open Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Manage apps & device > Updates available. A stale build can leave one device unable to sign in or start a stream while other devices work.
Reinstall Peacock
Use Settings > Apps > Peacock > Uninstall on Android; on iPhone, touch and hold the app icon and choose Remove App, then Delete App. Install it again from the App Store or Play Store. Sign in with the same email and password, then start the episode that failed.
While Peacock is down: what to use instead
- Netflix Put on a film you already know when the app will not load, because it runs on the same TV and phone setups.
- Hulu Use it for TV series when one title will not play and you want another library.
- Max Switch here for movies and series if the app keeps crashing at launch and you need a working player for the rest of the night.
- Peacock website Open the browser version if the phone app hangs at sign-in.

Peacock is NBCUniversal's streaming service for films, TV, live sports, and news, and the status above shows whether user problem reports are above their usual level, counted in 15-minute windows over the last 24 hours; the site does not ping or monitor the service. Sports fans and families rely on it for live events and new episodes, so an outage interrupts routines and viewing plans.
Playback fails first. A spinner runs and the video drops back to the home screen; sign-in, profiles, search, or the watchlist may fail next, so you can open the app but cannot start a title. Live sports and channels can freeze or jump to a black screen while on-demand titles still load, which makes the trouble partial rather than service-wide. A regional network problem can hit one area while the same stream plays elsewhere; the status above comes from problem reports, and the site never tests the service from multiple locations.
