Reload and restart
Reload the page (Ctrl+F5, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac), or fully close the app and open it again.
Try another connection
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If it works on one and not the other, the problem is your network, not Outriders.
Update the app
Install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. Old versions can stop connecting after a server-side change.

Internet Connection Error: Could not connect to OUTRIDERS servers.

- The game client cannot reach the online servers, so sign-in or online play will fail.
- Fix
- Check your network, restart the game, and try again after a few minutes. If other online games work, the problem is more likely on the game service side than on your device.
While Outriders is down: what to use instead
