How to fix Locaweb not working

Locaweb is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:

1. Reload and restart

   Reload the page (Ctrl+F5, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac), or fully close the app and open it again.

2. Try another connection

   Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If it works on one and not the other, the problem is your network, not Locaweb.

3. Update the app

   Install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. Old versions can stop connecting after a server-side change.

While Locaweb is down: what to use instead

• Locaweb status blog Check the official status page before changing DNS, because a listed incident may mean waiting is safer than moving records under pressure.
• Cloudflare Pages or Netlify Use one of these for a temporary static notice if your hosted site is down and you have a recent copy of the page.
• Gmail or Outlook Send from a backup mailbox if your hosted email is failing, and tell contacts which address to use until service returns.
• AWS or Google Cloud Move a backup app or landing page there if you already have an account and can point traffic without breaking production settings.
