How to fix Aruba not working
Aruba is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:
Your browser tries to reach aruba.it over your own connection, right now. Nothing is sent to us or stored.
Retry Area Clienti login
Open aruba.it in a private window, then use Area Clienti from the site header. If the page loops back to sign in, close the private window and try one normal reload with Ctrl+F5 on Windows or Command+Shift+R on Mac.
Clear aruba.it site data
In Chrome, go to Settings, Privacy and security, Third-party cookies, See all site data and permissions, then search for aruba.it and remove its saved data. In Safari on Mac, use Safari, Settings, Privacy, Manage Website Data, search for aruba.it, then click Remove.
Flush local DNS
On Windows, open Command Prompt and run ipconfig /flushdns. On Mac, open Terminal and run sudo dscacheutil -flushcache; sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder, then reopen the browser and try the panel again.
Check the cloud server path
If the customer area opens but your cloud service does not, test from another network before changing server settings. Send the result, the time of the failed login, your public IP address, and a screenshot through the help centre at https://assistenza.aruba.it/it.
While Aruba is down: what to use instead
- Webmail in a browser If the mail app fails but the mailbox still answers, sign in through webmail and send a small test message before moving real work there.
- Outlook, Apple Mail, or Thunderbird If webmail is the broken part and your account is already set up, use the mail client because IMAP or SMTP can keep working.
- Direct server access If you manage a cloud server and the control panel is the problem, try SSH or Remote Desktop to reach the machine itself.
- Another PEC mailbox If PEC is urgent, send from a different PEC account you control and save any failed delivery notice from the affected mailbox.
Problems at the same time as Aruba
Since 3 November, all 8 of Aruba's spikes in problem reports overlapped a spike at another service.
When several services get problem reports at once, something they share, such as a cloud host or a network, can be the real cause. Matching times alone do not prove it.

What happens when Aruba goes down
Aruba is the Italian provider at aruba.it for domains, hosting, PEC, email, cloud servers and digital identity services. Small businesses, professionals, public offices and developers rely on it, so an outage can stop websites, mail delivery, certified email work and access to hosted servers.
Website hosting and DNS trouble often shows up first as pages that time out, domains that do not resolve, or control panels that will not load after login. Mail problems can leave IMAP and webmail stuck, while PEC messages may sit unsent or fail to open in the mailbox. Cloud issues can affect only part of the service, such as server management, storage access, or the customer area, so your site may stay online while the panel is unusable. Problems can be regional or partial; check the Aruba help centre at https://assistenza.aruba.it/it if you need account steps rather than a broad outage signal.

Tip: Aruba doesn't list a public status page that we know of, so its help centre and the report chart on this page are the best places to check.
How we track Aruba
The status on this page comes from user-submitted problem reports for Aruba, counted in 15-minute windows over the last 24 hours. Each window is compared with the normal level for Aruba, so a few complaints on a quiet day don't trigger anything, but a sudden jump well above normal does.
When reports climb well above normal, the status here changes to partial outage or major outage and the chart moves with it. Aruba doesn't publish a public status page that we know of, so user reports are often the quickest sign that something is wrong on their side.
