How to fix Libero not working

Libero is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:

1. Reload and restart

   Reload the page (Ctrl+F5, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac), or fully close the app and open it again.

2. Try another connection

   Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If it works on one and not the other, the problem is your network, not Libero.

3. Update the app

   Install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. Old versions can stop connecting after a server-side change.

While Libero is down: what to use instead

• Google Use it for general web search when the Libero portal or search box will not load.
• Bing It helps if you need another search index, image results, or maps for the same task.
• Virgilio Use it if you want an Italian portal with search and news while the service is having problems.
• Bookmarks or direct addresses Open the site you need from your saved bookmarks when search results are slow or missing.
