How to fix Inea not working

Inea is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:

1. Open inea.pl privately

   In Chrome or Edge, press Ctrl+Shift+N, then open https://inea.pl and sign in again if the page asks. In Safari on iPhone, tap the tabs button, tap the tab group name, choose Private, and load the site there; this bypasses a bad cookie without changing your account.

2. Restart the Inea modem

   Unplug power from the modem or optical terminal for the line, wait 60 seconds, then plug it back in. If you also use your own Wi-Fi router, start the Inea box first and wait 5 to 10 minutes before you power the router back on.

3. Forget your home Wi-Fi

   On Windows 11, go to Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi > Manage known networks, select your home network, and choose Forget. Reconnect to the same network and enter the Wi-Fi password from the router label or your own saved record.

4. Reset network settings

   On Windows 11, open Settings > Network & internet > Advanced network settings > Network reset, choose Reset now, and restart the PC. On iPhone, open Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings; this deletes saved Wi-Fi passwords, so have the router password ready.

While Inea is down: what to use instead

• Mobile data Use a phone hotspot from Orange, Play, T-Mobile or Plus if your home internet from Inea is out and you need email, banking or work access.
• Another fixed line If you can use broadband at work, at family, or in another place you trust, move video calls and large downloads there until the service recovers.
• Terrestrial TV For basic television during a cable TV fault, a TV with a DVB-T2 antenna can still receive free Polish channels where the signal is available.
• Bank or payment card If the customer account area will not load when a bill is due, use saved bank transfer details or try the payment again later.

Problems at the same time as Inea
