How to fix Rogers not working
Rogers is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:
Your browser tries to reach rogers.com over your own connection, right now. Nothing is sent to us or stored.
Refresh the Rogers connection
Try the phone first. Open Control Center on iPhone or Quick Settings on Android, turn Airplane Mode on, wait 10 seconds, then turn it off, and check that Cellular Data is on for the line you use under Settings > Cellular on iPhone or Settings > Network & internet > Internet on a Pixel.
Reopen the MyRogers app
Force close the app, then open it again and sign in with your username and password. If it still fails, clear its cache on Android from Settings > Apps > MyRogers > Storage & cache > Clear cache; on iPhone, delete the app and reinstall it from the App Store.
Power-cycle the Rogers modem
Unplug the power cable from the modem or gateway, wait 30 seconds, plug it back in, and let the lights settle. If the problem is Ignite TV, unplug the TV box for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
Contact Rogers support
Open the help centre in a browser. Choose the support option for the service that fails, and have your account number and the exact symptom ready so the agent can skip the basics. If the official status page shows no service-wide issue, support can check your line or equipment.
While Rogers is down: what to use instead
- Rogers help centre phone line Call support rather than typing into chat, because a voice call reaches a person when the app or website stalls.
- Wi-Fi calling Calls and texts travel over your internet connection instead of the cellular network, so a home line from another provider or a trusted Wi-Fi network keeps your number reachable.
- Public Wi-Fi or a friend's hotspot Maps and email still work on someone else's connection.
- Official status page Open it in a browser on a connection that works, then read what the company says about the outage before you start resetting your phone or router.
Problems at the same time as Rogers
Since 28 October, all 6 of Rogers's spikes in problem reports overlapped a spike at another service.
When several services get problem reports at once, something they share, such as a cloud host or a network, can be the real cause. Matching times alone do not prove it.

What happens when Rogers goes down
Rogers is a Canadian telecom that sells home internet and wireless service; households and small businesses rely on it for calls and streaming. An outage interrupts that link, so a video call freezes, a show stops loading, a web page times out, or your phone loses data even when the Wi-Fi icon is lit.
The first sign is often a page that hangs or a video call that stutters while your Wi-Fi still shows connected; home internet can drop before Ignite TV and wireless do, or the other way around. Ignite TV may stall or drop to a loading screen, and mobile calls can fail or cut out even with bars showing. Outages tend to be regional or partial, so one neighborhood or one service can fail while another works. The status at the top counts user problem reports in 15-minute windows over the last 24 hours; this site does not ping or monitor the service, and it never checks from multiple locations.

How we track Rogers
The status on this page comes from user-submitted problem reports for Rogers, counted in 15-minute windows over the last 24 hours. Each window is compared with the normal level for Rogers, so a few complaints on a quiet day don't trigger anything, but a sudden jump well above normal does.
When reports climb well above normal, the status here changes to partial outage or major outage and the chart moves with it. This is separate from Rogers's official status page: user reports tend to show a problem early, while the official page confirms the cause. If the two disagree, check both.
