How to fix Spark Driver not working

When Spark Driver itself is having trouble, these steps won't bring it back, but they will rule out anything on your side:

1. Force quit and reopen Spark Driver

   Close the app from the recent apps screen and open it again; sign in if the session dropped. This clears a stuck screen or a blank loading view faster than a reinstall.

2. Check location access for Spark Driver

   On iPhone, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Spark Driver and set Location to While Using the App; turn on Precise Location. On Android, open Settings > Apps > Spark Driver > Permissions > Location and choose Allow all the time if your version offers it. The app needs location access to load offers and confirm trips.

3. Turn off battery saver for Spark Driver

   Battery saver and data restrictions can stop the app from checking for offers while the screen is off. On Android, open Settings > Apps > Spark Driver > Battery and choose Unrestricted; on iPhone, check Settings > Battery and turn off Low Power Mode while you work. Then open Settings > Apps > Spark Driver > Mobile data and allow background data.

4. Clear cache or reinstall Spark Driver
