How to fix Nitrado not working

Nitrado is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:

Open the official status page and look for an active incident. A posted outage means local fixes will not help, so wait for the all-clear.
Test the game login on mobile data
On one device, turn off Wi-Fi and sign in to the same game account over mobile data. If the game fails before your server appears, the fault sits with your connection or the game's login service. Try a second device when the first result is unclear.
Restart your Nitrado service
Press Restart on the server overview after you sign in at nitrado.net and choose the affected service. Wait for the running state. A reconnect can fail until the game server finishes booting, which takes a few minutes.
Open a Nitrado help centre ticket
Go to the help centre and create a ticket for the affected service. Include the server ID and the exact error text, because support can match those details to the server logs faster than a description alone.

While Nitrado is down: what to use instead

What happens when Nitrado goes down

Nitrado is a game server host on nitrado.net. Players and admins rely on its web panel and app to start servers, change settings, reach files, and keep multiplayer sessions online, so an outage interrupts those controls and the connections tied to them.

Sign-in and the web control panel often break first. You may get a login error, a blank server list, a page that will not load, or a stuck spinner. Restarts, start and stop actions, file manager, and backups can fail after that, even when a running game server is still reachable. Use the web file manager or FTP details in the server panel to upload mods and save files into the correct game folders. Stop the server before replacing a world save, then start it and check the console for load errors.

Why did my Nitrado payment fail and how do I get the server back?

An unpaid invoice can suspend the server, and a bank can decline a card even when funds are available. Update the payment method in your account and pay the open invoice; if the server stays locked, contact support through the help centre with the invoice number.

Why can't I log in to Nitrado with my email and password?
