How to fix Fidium Fiber not working

Test a second device on Fidium Wi-Fi
Join another phone or laptop to the same Fidium Wi-Fi. If it loads pages, the trouble is in your first device; forget that network on it and join again. On iPhone, use Settings > Wi-Fi > [network name] > Forget This Network.
Restart the Fidium router
Unplug your router's power for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in and give it a few minutes to reconnect. Watch the internet light. If it stays off, check the ONT power next.
Plug your laptop into the Fidium router
Use an Ethernet cable from your laptop to a LAN port on the router and turn off Wi-Fi on the laptop. If wired browsing works, the router is passing traffic; that rules out the fiber line and the router. If wired browsing fails, power cycle the ONT and router next.

Unplug the fiber ONT and the router. Wait a minute, plug the ONT back in first, then plug in the router after the ONT lights settle. If the router still shows no internet, contact Fidium support and ask them to test the line to your home.

Why does my Fidium Fiber Wi-Fi drop on my phone while the wired PC stays online?

When every wireless device fails while Ethernet holds, ask support about Wi-Fi settings or a replacement unit.

I forgot my Fidium Fiber account password and the reset email never shows up. What now?

Check the spam or junk folder for the address on the account. If the message still does not arrive, confirm you are using the same email you signed up with, then try the reset again after a short wait; repeated requests can make older links expire. Call support if you cannot get in, because billing and account access need a person to verify you.

Why does my Fidium Fiber router show a red light and no internet?

A red status light usually means the router has lost its connection to the fiber network. Check the power cable and the cable between the router and the ONT, then unplug both units for 30 seconds. Plug the ONT back in, wait for its lights to settle, and power the router; if the red light returns, call support with the light pattern.

Can I use my own Wi-Fi router with Fidium Fiber?

You can often put your own router behind the ONT, but the setup depends on how the service is installed and whether the ONT handles the login. Ask support first. If you keep the provider gateway, turn off its Wi-Fi so two networks do not fight on the same channels.
