How to fix Plus not working

Plus is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:

1. Reload and restart

   Reload the page (Ctrl+F5, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac), or fully close the app and open it again.

2. Try another connection

   Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If it works on one and not the other, the problem is your network, not Plus.

3. Update the app

   Install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. Old versions can stop connecting after a server-side change.

While Plus is down: what to use instead

• plus.pl in a browser If the app will not load, try the customer area on the website for bills, payments, and account changes.
• Bank app top-up For prepaid, a bank app top-up can help when the service’s own payment path is stuck.
• Wi-Fi Calling If mobile signal drops but your account already has Wi-Fi Calling set up, use a trusted Wi-Fi network for calls and texts.
• Another Polish network Orange, Play, or T-Mobile can work as a backup for urgent calls or data if you have a second SIM or access to someone else’s hotspot.

Problems at the same time as Plus
