How to fix Infinite Campus not working
Infinite Campus is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:
Your browser tries to reach infinitecampus.com over your own connection, right now. Nothing is sent to us or stored.
Reload Infinite Campus and sign in again
Close your tab or app and open the sign-in screen again. A stale page or an expired session can throw an error even when the service is reachable, and a fresh sign-in clears that state.
Clear cached files for the Campus Portal
In Chrome, open Settings > Privacy and security > Delete browsing data and select Cached images and files; leave Cookies and other site data unchecked if you want to stay signed in, then reload the portal. If the page still fails, repeat the step with Cookies and other site data checked.
Open the district's Campus Portal link
Infinite Campus sign-ins usually start from your district's own portal page, so an old bookmark or a mistyped address can fail while the service is fine. Go to the district website and follow its Campus Parent or Campus Student link instead of using a saved bookmark.
Reinstall the Campus Parent or Campus Student app
Delete the app, install the current version from the App Store or Google Play, then pick your district and sign in. A blank screen or a login loop can come from corrupted local app data, and a clean install replaces it. Use the district portal in a browser if the app still stops at sign-in.
While Infinite Campus is down: what to use instead
- Browser portal Use the web version in a browser when the mobile app will not load, since the app and the web portal can fail at different points.
- School office phone Call the school office for attendance and schedule questions.
- Teacher email Email the teacher about a missing assignment or a grade question, and ask for the answer in the reply.
- School website Check the school website for calendar changes and closing notices that also appear in the portal.
Problems at the same time as Infinite Campus

What happens when Infinite Campus goes down
Infinite Campus is a K-12 student information system that parents, students, teachers, and district staff use for grades, attendance, schedules, and school messages. An outage blocks sign-in to the portal or app and cuts off grades, attendance, schedules, and messages.
Sign-in trouble often hits first. The portal or app rejects your password or loops back to the login screen; grade and assignment pages stall or show old data, teachers cannot save attendance, school messages arrive late, and app notifications fail to arrive. Outages are often regional or partial, so one district or app platform can fail while another part of the service still works. The status at the top counts problem reports in 15-minute windows over the last 24 hours; the page does not ping or monitor the service and never checks from multiple locations.
