How to fix T-Fiber not working
T-Fiber is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:
Your browser tries to reach fiber.t-mobile.com over your own connection, right now. Nothing is sent to us or stored.
Check the report level
Look at the report level at the top of this page and compare it with the usual level. If reports are above usual, wait a few minutes and try again because the problem may affect more than your line; this page counts user problem reports in 15-minute windows over the last 24 hours and does not test the service itself.
Restart the T-Fiber router
Restart the router first. Unplug its power adapter, wait 30 seconds, plug it back in, and let the status lights settle because a stale connection can stay down after a brief outage. If you have a separate fiber terminal, leave that unit powered and restart only the router.
Rejoin the router's Wi-Fi
On Windows, open Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi > Manage known networks and choose Forget for the network; on macOS, open System Settings > Network > Wi-Fi > Details and choose Forget This Network, then rejoin. Try an Ethernet cable if the device has a port because that rules out a weak Wi-Fi signal.
Run a ping test before calling T-Fiber
Open Command Prompt and run ping -n 4 1.1.1.1, or open Terminal and run ping -c 4 1.1.1.1. If the test fails, call T-Fiber support with the result and the router light pattern; the number is on your bill.
While T-Fiber is down: what to use instead
- Phone hotspot Turn on your phone's hotspot and connect the laptop that needs the file upload, because mobile data can carry a short session while the main line is out.
- Public Wi-Fi A library or cafe with open Wi-Fi works for sending mail when you can move.
- Second connection Use a second line at home or work if one is already live.
- Offline work Save documents and messages for later when the job does not need a live link.
Problems at the same time as T-Fiber
Since 27 October, all 4 of T-Fiber's spikes in problem reports overlapped a spike at another service.
When several services get problem reports at once, something they share, such as a cloud host or a network, can be the real cause. Matching times alone do not prove it.

What happens when T-Fiber goes down
T-Fiber is a fiber internet service for homes and small offices, and you rely on it for work calls, school portals, streaming, and smart-home devices. An outage cuts those links at once.
Live video and voice calls freeze or drop first because they need a steady connection; web pages then fail to load or hang on a blank screen. Streaming stalls and buffers, and a work VPN can disconnect, which blocks shared files and internal tools. Some pages never load. Problems are often regional or partial, so one street or building can lose service while a nearby area stays online, and a single address can drop while the rest of the household keeps working.

How we track T-Fiber
The status on this page comes from user-submitted problem reports for T-Fiber, counted in 15-minute windows over the last 24 hours. Each window is compared with the normal level for T-Fiber, so a few complaints on a quiet day don't trigger anything, but a sudden jump well above normal does.
When reports climb well above normal, the status here changes to partial outage or major outage and the chart moves with it. T-Fiber doesn't publish a public status page that we know of, so user reports are often the quickest sign that something is wrong on their side.
