Test Your Connection and NAT

This removes corrupted files that survive a restart.

Fall Guys is a multiplayer obstacle-course battle royale that players and streamers use for quick group sessions. An outage interrupts matchmaking, party invites, round loading, and the in-game store, so a planned run can stall before the first round loads.

Why can't I claim my Show-Bucks purchase or see the items I bought?

Show-Bucks can take a little while to appear after a purchase if the store is busy. Check your platform's purchase history and your Epic account, then restart the game. Why does Fall Guys say my account is not linked or my progress is missing?

Your progress lives on the Epic account you linked. If you sign in with a different platform account, the locker can look empty, so open the account settings in the app and confirm the Epic account matches the one you used before. After a recent unlink or relink, wait for the sync to finish and restart the game.

Why is Fall Guys lagging or stuttering on Switch or PC?

Lag can come from your connection or your device. On Switch, close the game fully and restart the console; on PC, lower the graphics settings and check for background downloads. If the stutter happens in the lobby and in every round, the issue may be on the service side.
