Stellantis login loops when you reset the password on the web but the app still holds the old token, so it rejects you or spins. Reset it once more. Update the app and retype your password by hand because paste from managers can add a space that breaks login.

Remote lock and pre-conditioning do nothing from my phone, how do I get them working?
Those commands need the car awake and in cell range. If you park underground or leave doors open, the request times out because the car cannot confirm lock or climate back to the servers. You retry it outside.

Trips stopped syncing after I changed phones, where do I start?
Pairing does not transfer. When you switch phones you must pair Bluetooth again and sign in with the same account that holds your VIN or trips stay stuck on the old device. Complete one full drive to force a fresh upload.
