How to fix OCN not working

OCN is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:

1. Reload and restart

   Reload the page (Ctrl+F5, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac), or fully close the app and open it again.

2. Try another connection

   Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If it works on one and not the other, the problem is your network, not OCN.

3. Update the app

   Install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. Old versions can stop connecting after a server-side change.

While OCN is down: what to use instead

• Mobile data from another carrier Use a separate docomo, au, SoftBank, or Rakuten Mobile line for basic web access if your home connection is the part failing.
• Phone tethering If your mobile line still works, tether a laptop or tablet so you can reach account pages, mail, or work sites.
• Mail app already set up If OCN webmail will not load, try the mail app on your phone or computer if the account is already configured there.
• Public Wi-Fi A trusted Wi-Fi spot can cover short tasks like checking messages or paying a bill while your own line is unusable.
