How to fix Costco not working

Update and reinstall the app
Update the app from Google Play or the App Store. Sign out from the Account tab, sign back in, and retry checkout. If payment still fails, delete and reinstall the app, then sign in again; keep the item in your cart so you can retry without rebuilding the order.

Costco is a membership warehouse retailer with a website and app for shopping and account tasks. Members and small businesses rely on it for bulk supplies and household goods, so an outage interrupts browsing and checkout, and it can block order or membership access.

Re-enter the card by hand rather than autofill, and check the CVV and expiry date. Some banks hold the first charge to a new merchant until you approve it in their app, which is worth checking. If it still fails, try a different card.

My order still says processing and the tracking number does nothing. Is something wrong?

A label can be created before the parcel is handed to the carrier, so a tracking number that sits still for a day or two is normal. Check the order in your account for a split shipment, because large items and groceries often ship separately. If nothing has changed after several days, call the help centre with your order number.

The app won't show my digital membership card at the warehouse. What should I do?

The card loads from your account, so a weak signal inside the building is the usual culprit. Step toward the entrance or a window and swipe down to refresh. Make sure you are signed in, since a session that timed out can leave the card blank. The membership desk can look up your number from your ID if the app still will not load it.
