Turn off VPN for Wells Fargo
Disconnect any VPN from Control Center on iPhone or Settings > Network & internet > VPN on Android, then set Private DNS to Off or Automatic under Settings > Network & internet > Private DNS. A hidden DNS layer can leave you on a blank sign-on screen.
Clear Wells Fargo app cache
