  Means

  The service blocked or limited repeated requests that looked excessive.

  Fix

  Stop automatic retries for a while. Then send fewer queries, with more time between attempts, and confirm that your system is not polling the same note over and over.

• Serviço Paralisado sem Previsão

  Means

  The authorization or query service is unavailable with no posted return time.

  Fix

  Check the official status page for the affected service. If your state allows contingency issuance, follow your accounting system's contingency process and transmit when service returns.
