How to fix Netia not working

Netia is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:

1. Reload and restart

   Reload the page (Ctrl+F5, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac), or fully close the app and open it again.

2. Try another connection

   Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If it works on one and not the other, the problem is your network, not Netia.

3. Update the app

   Install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. Old versions can stop connecting after a server-side change.

While Netia is down: what to use instead

• Mobile hotspot Use phone data from a Polish mobile operator if the home connection is out and your plan has enough data.
• Public Wi-Fi A trusted Wi-Fi network at work, school, or a library can cover banking, email, and basic browsing while your fixed line is unusable.
• Terrestrial TV If the TV service is affected, a DVB-T2 antenna can carry basic Polish channels without the set-top box.
• Netia help centre If the main site will not load, try the contact section from another connection to reach support.
