How to fix cyber_Folks not working
cyber_Folks is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:
Your browser tries to reach cyberfolks.pl over your own connection, right now. Nothing is sent to us or stored.
Refresh the cyber_Folks login
Reload the page with Ctrl+F5, or use Command+Shift+R on macOS. If the panel still loops at sign in, open Chrome menu > Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies > See all site data and permissions, search for cyberfolks.pl, and delete that site data.
Check your domain answers
If only your hosted site or mail domain fails, test DNS before changing hosting settings. In Windows PowerShell run `Resolve-DnsName twojadomena.pl NS` and `Resolve-DnsName twojadomena.pl A`; on macOS or Linux run `dig twojadomena.pl NS +short` and `dig twojadomena.pl A +short`, replacing the sample name with your domain.
Flush the local DNS cache
Your computer can keep an old address after a domain or SSL change. On Windows, open Command Prompt as administrator and run `ipconfig /flushdns`; on macOS, open Terminal and run `sudo dscacheutil -flushcache; sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder`, then close and reopen the browser.
Test mail in webmail
If an email client cannot send or receive mail, sign in to the provider webmail first and send a message to another account you control. If webmail works, fix the local client account instead: in Outlook for Windows go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings > Email > Repair, and in Apple Mail go to Mail > Settings > Accounts, select the mailbox, then retype the password.
While cyber_Folks is down: what to use instead
- Mail app If webmail or the customer panel will not load, try the same mailbox in a phone or desktop mail app if you already set it up.
- home.pl Use it for Polish hosting, domains, or mail if you need to move a small site or mailbox during a long outage.
- nazwa.pl Use it as another Poland based option for domain service, hosting, and business email when you need a backup provider.
- OVHcloud Use it for a temporary server or DNS setup when a site needs a fallback outside the current host.
Problems at the same time as cyber_Folks
Since 4 November, cyber_Folks's only spike in problem reports overlapped a spike at another service.
When several services get problem reports at once, something they share, such as a cloud host or a network, can be the real cause. Matching times alone do not prove it.

What happens when cyber_Folks goes down
cyber_Folks is a Polish cloud and hosting provider at cyberfolks.pl, with services for domains, web hosting, e-mail, and VPS. Site owners, shops, and agencies rely on it, so an outage can interrupt public websites and the mail people use to run the day.
Website loading is the first thing many people notice: pages time out, admin panels stop responding, or the browser says the server cannot be found. Mail can fail at the same time, with login loops in webmail or desktop mail clients refusing to connect. Domain or DNS trouble feels different, because one visitor may reach the site while another sees an old page or no site at all. Problems can be partial, especially when one hosting service or one network path is affected while other parts of the service still work.

How we track cyber_Folks
The status on this page comes from user-submitted problem reports for cyber_Folks, counted in 15-minute windows over the last 24 hours. Each window is compared with the normal level for cyber_Folks, so a few complaints on a quiet day don't trigger anything, but a sudden jump well above normal does.
When reports climb well above normal, the status here changes to partial outage or major outage and the chart moves with it. cyber_Folks doesn't publish a public status page that we know of, so user reports are often the quickest sign that something is wrong on their side.
