How to fix Mucho Mobile not working

Mucho Mobile is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:

  1. Toggle airplane mode

    Pull down Control Center on iPhone or the quick settings shade on Android, tap the airplane icon, then tap it again after ten seconds or so. The radio re-registers with the tower, and that clears a stalled data session more often than a restart does.
