Why can't I track my transfer with the MTCN?
A tracking number can fail if you mistype it or if the sender used a different last name than the receiver's. Wait for the transfer to move past the pending stage, then enter the MTCN again on the tracking page. If the service still says no record, ask the sender to confirm the number from their receipt.
Why was my card declined when I tried to send money?
Banks and card issuers sometimes block a cross-border payment even when your balance is fine. You may see a decline message after the app asks for your card security code. Try another card, or call your bank to approve the charge.
Why does the app say my identity could not be verified?
New or large transfers can trigger a check on your name, address, date of birth, and ID number. A mismatch between your account details and your ID is a common cause.
