Turn Airplane Mode on, wait 10 seconds, then turn it off. If the phone still shows no data, restart it once before changing any Kena settings.
Set the Kena SIM for data
On iPhone, open Settings > Cellular and check that Cellular Data is set to the Kena line. On Android, open Settings > Network & internet > SIMs > Kena and turn on Mobile data; on Samsung, use Settings > Connections > SIM manager > Mobile data.
Rebuild the Kena APN
On Android, open Settings > Network & internet > SIMs > Kena > Access Point Names, or on Samsung, Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Access Point Names. Add or edit the APN with Name Kena, APN web.kenamobile.it, username and password blank, then save it and select it. On iPhone, if the menu is present, use Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network > Cellular Data and set APN to web.kenamobile.it.
Reset the phone network settings
On iPhone, open Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. On Android, open Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth, then restart the phone and select the Kena APN again if it is missing.

Is Kena Mobile down right now?

Why does my Kena SIM show no service or only emergency calls?

Kena Mobile is an Italian mobile service, so signal depends on local radio coverage as well as the SIM being active. Why can’t I log in to the Kena Mobile app or customer area?

If the app keeps loading or rejects details you know are correct, first test with mobile data instead of Wi-Fi, or the other way around. Clear the app cache, update the app, and try again after a short wait. A login problem can be account-side even when calls and data still work.

Why is mobile data not working on Kena Mobile even though I have signal?
