Clear site data and check status

Lucidchart is a browser-based diagramming app that product teams and engineers use to build flowcharts, wireframes, org charts, and network maps on a shared canvas. When the service drops, your canvas stops loading, edits stop saving, comments freeze, and shared links fail.

My diagram sticks on a loading screen and the shapes never appear. What should I do?

You can force a hard refresh of the editor because stale cache blocks the shape libraries from drawing. Close other heavy tabs. If the canvas still stays blank after you disable ad blockers and extensions, open the help centre for steps on supported browsers.

Why does a shared link tell me I need permission when the owner already invited me?

Ask the owner to resend the invite with edit or view rights because link settings can stay stricter than the email invite you got. You should log out and back in with the exact Google or work account that got the invite. Try an incognito window.

I can't sign in with Google or my company login. What is wrong?

Clear saved passwords for the app and pick the same sign-in button you used at signup, since Google and email logins create separate accounts. Check your SSO portal. If your company enforces single sign-on, you must start from its dashboard for the session to pass through.

Visio import fails and export to PDF hangs. How do I fix it?

Shrink large Visio files before you import because layered drawings and embedded images often stall the converter. Use Chrome on desktop. If export to PDF hangs, you can remove complex fills and try a PNG export or print to PDF from the browser dialog.
