141 reports in total, counted in 15-minute windows

No problem reports came in for ING Bank in the last hour, and at this time of day there are usually almost none. Over the last 24 hours there were 141 reports. These are user reports from Poland, where most people report ING Bank problems.

In the past 24 hours, 141 user reports came in for ING Bank. Counting only the 15-minute windows with a spike big enough to count as an outage, that comes to 100.00% uptime for the day. Troubleshooting

How to fix ING Bank not working

ING Bank is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:

Your browser tries to reach ing.pl over your own connection, right now. Nothing is sent to us or stored.

  1. Switch Moje ING's connection

If Moje ING opens but login, BLIK, or a transfer stalls, move between Wi-Fi and mobile data before changing anything else. On iPhone, use Settings > Wi-Fi and Settings > Cellular; on Android, use Settings > Network & internet > Internet, then reopen the app.

  2. Update Moje ING

Install the current app build, because older banking apps can fail at login after a security change. On iPhone, open App Store > profile icon > Upcoming Automatic Updates; on Android, open Google Play > profile icon > Manage apps & device > Updates available.

  3. Try ing.pl in private mode

If the app is the only part failing, sign in at ing.pl from a private browser window to separate an app problem from an account problem. In Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+N on Windows or Command+Shift+N on Mac; in Safari on Mac, use File > New Private Window.

  4. Reinstall Moje ING

Remove the app only after you know your login details and phone are ready for bank verification. On iPhone, touch and hold Moje ING > Remove App > Delete App; on Android, use Settings > Apps > Moje ING > Uninstall, then install it again from the official app store. If activation or access is blocked, use the ING Bank help centre at http://www.ingbank.pl/kontakt#tab=1.

While ING Bank is down: what to use instead

  • Moje ING in a browser If the mobile app fails but ing.pl loads, use internet banking for balances and transfers.
  • Moje ING mobile app If the website login hangs, the app may still let you check your account and approve a transfer.
  • Card or cash For shopping, use a physical card or cash if BLIK, app payments, or card controls will not load.
  • ING Bank help centre If you need account support, use the help centre contact page to pick an official contact route.

About

What happens when ING Bank goes down

ING Bank is the Polish banking service at ing.pl, run by ING Bank Śląski, with accounts, cards, loans, and Moje ING. An outage can block account access, bill payments, online card checks, and BLIK payments for people in Poland.

Login usually shows strain first. The Moje ING app or website may hang after PIN or biometrics, and transfers can sit on a confirmation screen. Card controls, BLIK codes, payment approvals, and balances may fail to refresh, so a shop payment can be the first place you notice the fault. Problems are often partial; one channel may work while the app, web banking, cards, or BLIK has trouble, and this page bases its status only on public problem reports counted in 15 minute windows.

Questions

ING Bank FAQ

Is ING Bank down right now?

The status at the top of this page shows whether user problem reports are above their usual level, counted in 15-minute windows over the last 24 hours. Those reports come from a public outage-reporting service; this site does not monitor the bank or collect reports itself. If reports look normal, try Moje ING on mobile data and Wi-Fi, then test another browser or device. If only one device or connection fails, the problem is probably on your side.

Why can’t I log in to Moje ING?

Check that the login page or the app loads before you change passwords. A blank screen, a spinning loader, or a login loop can point to a service issue, while a wrong password message usually points to the account or saved credentials. Try the app and ing.pl separately, because one path can fail while the other still works.

Why is BLIK in the Moje ING app not showing a code?

BLIK needs the app to be logged in and connected to the network. If the code screen hangs or the code does not appear, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, then close and reopen the app. When the rest of the account works but BLIK still fails, check the ING Bank help centre: http://www.ingbank.pl/kontakt#tab=1.

Why did my transfer or card payment from a Polish account not go through?

Look in Moje ING to see whether the payment is pending, rejected, or missing from history. A card payment that fails at the terminal or online checkout can be separate from a transfer problem in the app. If balances do not refresh or authorization screens never load, compare that with the report level at the top of the page.

Why does the Moje ING app reject fingerprint or Face ID login?

Phone updates, changed biometrics, or a reinstalled app can make biometric login stop working. Open the app with the standard login method and check the security settings inside the app. If the app closes, freezes, or cannot reach the login screen, update it and test another network before assuming the account is blocked.

How we track ING Bank

The status on this page comes from user-submitted problem reports for ING Bank, counted in 15-minute windows over the last 24 hours. Each window is compared with the normal level for ING Bank, so a few complaints on a quiet day don't trigger anything, but a sudden jump well above normal does.

When reports climb well above normal, the status here changes to partial outage or major outage and the chart moves with it. ING Bank doesn't publish a public status page that we know of, so user reports are often the quickest sign that something is wrong on their side.
