Refresh the ho. SIM
Turn Airplane Mode on for 10 seconds, then turn it off. If the phone still shows No Service or calls fail, restart the phone and test with a normal web page, not only the app.
Select the data SIM
On iPhone, open Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data and choose the operator SIM. On Android, open Settings > Network & internet > SIMs > Mobile data and pick the same SIM; if you are in Italy, keep Data roaming off.
Set APN web.ho-mobile.it
On Android, open Settings > Network & internet > SIMs > Access Point Names, tap +, then set Name to ho-mobile and APN to web.ho-mobile.it. Set APN type to default,supl, leave username and password blank, save the APN, and select it.
Reset network settings
On iPhone, open Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. On Android, open Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth; this removes saved Wi-Fi networks and paired Bluetooth devices, but it does not delete your photos or apps.

Ho is an Italian mobile telecom service on ho-mobile.it, used by people who depend on a SIM for data, calls, SMS, and account top-ups. When it has trouble, it can interrupt mobile internet, voice calls, number service, and the app you use to check credit or recharge.

Is Ho down right now?

Why does my ho. SIM show “Nessun servizio” or “Solo chiamate di emergenza”?

Those messages mean the phone is not registering on the mobile network. Turn airplane mode on and off, then restart the phone; if manual network selection is on, set it back to automatic. If it happens only indoors, test near a window or outside before changing settings.

Why can’t I log in to the ho. app or area personale?

A login loop can be an app issue, an account issue, or a temporary backend problem. Try the customer area on ho-mobile.it from a browser, because that separates the app from the account. If the browser works, update the app or clear its data before trying again.

Why did my ricarica payment go through but the credit is not showing?

Top-ups can take a short time to appear after the bank or wallet approves the payment. Check the balance again from the app and the website, not just from a cached screen. Avoid repeating the same payment until the first one is clearly failed or posted.

Why is mobile data not working after activating a Ho SIM or changing phone?

The SIM may call and receive SMS before the data profile is set on the phone. Check that mobile data is on, then verify the APN is set to web.ho-mobile.it. If the APN is correct, restart the phone and test with Wi-Fi switched off.
