Force stop the game
On iPhone, open the app switcher and swipe the game away, then start it again from the Home Screen. On Android, open Settings > Apps > Boom Beach > Force stop, then reopen it from the app drawer.
Update Boom Beach
On iPhone, open the App Store, tap your profile picture, pull down to refresh the update list, and tap Update if the game appears. On Android, open Play Store > profile icon > Manage apps & device > Updates available, then update the game from that list.
Clear cache or reinstall
On Android, open Settings > Apps > Boom Beach > Storage & cache > Clear cache, then reopen the game. Boom Beach is Supercell's mobile combat strategy game for iPhone, iPad, and Android, built around island bases, troop upgrades, raids, and Task Forces.
Login trouble often shows first: the app sits on the loading screen or shows a lost connection message before the base appears. During wider server trouble, attacks may fail to start or results may not save; scouting an island can hang, and switching maps can kick you back to reconnect. Task Force chat and operations can lag even when the home base loads, which makes the problem feel partial rather than a full blackout. Is Boom Beach down right now?

Why does the app get stuck on the loading screen?
A stuck loading screen can happen when the game cannot keep a steady connection to Supercell's servers. Close the app fully, reopen it, and try a different network if the bar never moves. If it still hangs after an update, your device may need more free storage before the game can finish loading files.
What can I do when Boom Beach says it cannot connect to the server?
That message usually means the app reached a connection check and failed before your base loaded. Check whether other online apps work on the same connection, then swap from Wi-Fi to mobile data or back again. If many players report the same symptom, waiting is often the only practical fix.
Why is my Supercell ID not bringing back my base?
Make sure you sign in with the same email address you used for Supercell ID, since a different address can load a new or empty base. Why did my diamonds or in-app purchase not show up?
Purchases can take a short time to appear after the app store approves the charge. Do not buy the same item again while the first purchase is still pending; close the game and reopen it first. If the item stays missing, keep the store receipt and contact support through the game so they can match the purchase to your account.
