SimpliSafe is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:

Reload and restart
Reload the page (Ctrl+F5, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac), or fully close the app and open it again.
Try another connection
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If it works on one and not the other, the problem is your network, not SimpliSafe.
Update the app
Install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. Old versions can stop connecting after a server-side change.
While SimpliSafe is down: what to use instead
- Keypad Arm or disarm from the keypad; it works when the phone app will not connect.
- Key fob Use the key fob to arm or disarm as you come and go if you have one paired with the system.
- Phone support Call support for account or monitoring questions if the app will not load and you need a person.
Problems at the same time as SimpliSafe

How we track SimpliSafe
