SIMBA outages and problems
In the past 24 hours, 95 user reports came in for SIMBA. Counting only the 15-minute windows with a spike big enough to count as an outage, that comes to 100.00% uptime for the day.
The busiest 15-minute window had 7 reports, about 16 hours ago. That stays below our outage threshold, so it doesn't count as downtime.

How to fix SIMBA not working
SIMBA is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:
Your browser tries to reach simba.sg over your own connection, right now. Nothing is sent to us or stored.
Check the SIMBA report level
The bar at the top of this page shows whether user problem reports for SIMBA are above their usual level, counted in 15-minute windows over the last 24 hours. The site does not ping or probe the service itself, so a quiet bar shows low report volume; your own line can still fail.
Toggle SIMBA data and Airplane mode
Turn mobile data off for 10 seconds, then turn Airplane mode on for another 15 seconds. On iPhone, use Settings > Airplane Mode; on Android, use the quick settings tile. Turn both back on and load a simple page in your browser.
Restart the phone with the SIMBA SIM inside
Power the phone off, wait 30 seconds, and power it back on with the SIM card still seated. A full restart clears a stuck modem state that a data toggle can miss. Test the connection again.
Reset network settings for SIMBA
On iPhone, go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. On Android, open Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile and Bluetooth. This removes saved Wi-Fi passwords and Bluetooth pairings; reconnect them after the restart and test the service again.
While SIMBA is down: what to use instead
- Service website Open the site in a browser to check your account when the app will not load.
- Wi-Fi connection A home or office network keeps data and messaging apps working while the mobile signal drops.
- Spare SIM If your phone has a free slot, a second SIM from another carrier gives you calls and texts.
- Landline A landline covers urgent calls when your mobile line has no service.

What happens when SIMBA goes down
SIMBA is a Singapore mobile service with an account app for prepaid and postpaid subscribers, who use it for data and calls. An outage interrupts app logins, top-ups, usage checks, and the calls or mobile data you need at that moment.
Mobile data tends to fail first: pages stall and apps report no connection, while the phone may show 'No service' or 'Not registered on network'. Calls drop before they connect. Texts queue or vanish, and the SIMBA app may loop at login or show a blank balance when you try to top up; trouble can stay partial, with one area or account type hit while another line works fine. The status at the top reflects problem reports in 15-minute windows over the last 24 hours; it does not ping, probe, poll, or monitor the service.

How we track SIMBA
The status on this page comes from user-submitted problem reports for SIMBA, counted in 15-minute windows over the last 24 hours. Each window is compared with the normal level for SIMBA, so a few complaints on a quiet day don't trigger anything, but a sudden jump well above normal does.
When reports climb well above normal, the status here changes to partial outage or major outage and the chart moves with it. SIMBA doesn't publish a public status page that we know of, so user reports are often the quickest sign that something is wrong on their side.
