How to fix Nextiva not working

Nextiva is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:

1. Reload and restart

   Reload the page (Ctrl+F5, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac), or fully close the app and open it again.

2. Try another connection

   Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If it works on one and not the other, the problem is your network, not Nextiva.

3. Update the app

   Install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. Old versions can stop connecting after a server-side change.

While Nextiva is down: what to use instead

• Mobile phone dialer Place the call from your phone's regular dialer when the app won't connect or audio keeps cutting out.
• Email Email is the fallback for urgent messages when chat and calling both fail.
• Google Meet Google Meet runs the meeting from a browser if video calls won't start.
• Slack Slack covers team chat when the app won't load or messages stay unsent.
