How to fix Mobile Legends not working
Mobile Legends is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:
Your browser tries to reach mobilelegends.com over your own connection, right now. Nothing is sent to us or stored.
Check Mobile Legends reports
The status at the top of the page shows whether problem reports for the game are above their usual level, counted in 15-minute windows over the last 24 hours. A spike points to a server-side problem, so wait before you change phone settings.
Test Mobile Legends on mobile data
Turn off Wi-Fi in Quick Settings or Control Center, then open the game on mobile data. If it loads, restart your router and try Wi-Fi again; a stuck 'Network Error' may clear on the other connection.
Clear Mobile Legends cache
On Android, open Settings > Apps > See all apps > Mobile Legends: Bang Bang > Storage & cache > Clear cache. If the game still hangs on 'Reconnecting', close it from the recent apps screen and open it again.
Reinstall Mobile Legends
Link your account to Google, Facebook, Apple, or a Moonton account before you uninstall. Guest progress can vanish. Remove the game, then install it again from the Play Store or App Store.
While Mobile Legends is down: what to use instead
- League of Legends: Wild Rift It is a mobile MOBA with touch controls and short matches, so it covers the same ground when the app will not load.
- Arena of Valor Arena of Valor runs on phones and tablets and gives you a direct 5v5 lane fight.
- Dota 2 Dota 2 is a PC MOBA for longer, deeper team fights.
- Another device If only your handset is stuck, sign in with the same bound account on a tablet or a second phone to rule out a local problem.
Problems at the same time as Mobile Legends
Since 28 October, Mobile Legends's only spike in problem reports overlapped a spike at another service.
When several services get problem reports at once, something they share, such as a cloud host or a network, can be the real cause. Matching times alone do not prove it.

What happens when Mobile Legends goes down
Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is a mobile 5v5 MOBA. Players and teams rely on it for ranked matches and team fights, so an outage can cut off login, matchmaking, a match already in progress, or the shop.
Login often fails first. You may stick on the loading screen, see the connection failed message, find matchmaking hanging, or watch the store and events load late. Hero selection can freeze or a live match can drop into a reconnecting loop. The report level at the top uses player reports over the last day, not a live check, so one server group or platform can fail while another player sees nothing wrong.

How we track Mobile Legends
The status on this page comes from user-submitted problem reports for Mobile Legends, counted in 15-minute windows over the last 24 hours. Each window is compared with the normal level for Mobile Legends, so a few complaints on a quiet day don't trigger anything, but a sudden jump well above normal does.
When reports climb well above normal, the status here changes to partial outage or major outage and the chart moves with it. Mobile Legends doesn't publish a public status page that we know of, so user reports are often the quickest sign that something is wrong on their side.
