How to fix Issuu not working

Issuu is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:

Your browser tries to reach issuu.com over your own connection, right now. Nothing is sent to us or stored.

  1. Reload the Issuu reader

    Close the publication tab and open it again from your account's publications list or the original link. The reader sometimes keeps a stale session, and a fresh load can restore the page without changing any settings.

  2. Open the publication in a private window

    Open a private window and load the same publication. In Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+N on Windows or Command+Shift+N on Mac. If the page works there, an extension or saved cookie is blocking the reader.

  3. Sign out of the app, then back in

    Sign out of the app, then sign back in from the account menu in the top-right corner. A session that expired on the server can leave the page stuck on a loading spinner even when your password is fine.

  4. Clear site data, then open help centre

    Clear cookies and site data in your browser settings, then reload. In Chrome, go to Settings > Privacy and security > Delete browsing data, choose Cookies and other site data, set the time range to All time, and confirm.
