How to fix Ziggo not working

When Ziggo itself is having trouble, these steps won't bring it back, but they will rule out anything on your side:

1. Reload and restart

   Reload the page (Ctrl+F5, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac), or fully close the app and open it again.

2. Try another connection

   Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If it works on one and not the other, the problem is your network, not Ziggo.

3. Update the app

   Install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. Old versions can stop connecting after a server-side change.

While Ziggo is down: what to use instead

• Mobile hotspot Use your phone’s hotspot for laptop work or messaging if the fixed internet connection is out.
• TV box or coax TV Use the Mediabox or a TV connected by coax if only Ziggo GO is failing and the home TV signal still works.
• Broadcaster apps Try NPO Start or NLZIET for live TV and catch-up viewing when the TV app will not load.
• Official status page Check the official status page over mobile data before rebooting equipment again, because a known local fault may need time to clear.
