Why does the Walmart app sign me out when I try to check out?

A sign-out at checkout often comes from an expired session or a saved payment method that needs rechecking. Sign in again, then remove and re-add the card in your account. If the app still drops you, clear its cache or reinstall it because a bad local copy can break the login handoff.

Why won't Walmart.com accept my payment at checkout?

Check that the billing address on the card matches the one on your account, since a mismatch can drop the order. Try another card or payment method. Your bank may block the charge as a fraud check, so call it if the same card fails on other sites too.

Why does Walmart pickup and delivery show as unavailable at my store?
