Payoneer is a payments platform for freelancers and online sellers. You use it to receive client and marketplace payments and withdraw to a bank account or use a card, so an outage interrupts your balance and the transfers you need to make or receive.

Sign-in and balance loading tend to break first: you may see a spinning loader or a blank dashboard after entering your password, and the mobile app can keep you on the login screen while other parts of the service still work. Withdrawals to your bank and card payments can fail or sit pending. Problems are often partial or regional: one payment route may stall while another clears, and reports may cluster in a single country instead of appearing everywhere. Why is my Payoneer card declined at a shop or ATM?

A decline can come from the card being locked or a block on that merchant or country. Try a smaller amount at a different terminal, and check the card section in your account for any alert. If it still fails, ask Payoneer support about the transaction details.

Why is my payment from a client pending in Payoneer?

A pending payment usually means the sender's method has not cleared yet, or the service is reviewing your account. Ask the sender which method they used and for the payment reference. If it stays pending, contact support through the help centre.

Why can't I log in to the Payoneer app when the website works?

The app and website can fail for different reasons. Your phone may be holding a stale login token, or the one-time code may not reach the number or email on the account. Update the app, clear its cache if your device allows it, restart the phone, and try signing in from a browser. If the browser works, the problem is with the app on that device.

Why is my Payoneer withdrawal to my bank account delayed after I request it?

The service may still be reviewing the request, or the receiving bank may be holding the deposit. Check the withdrawal status in your account for a reason. Keep the transfer ID handy if you need to contact support through the help centre.
