    Open the Netatmo app, go to Settings, select the product, and open its Wi-Fi settings. Re-enter your Wi-Fi password and choose your 2.4 GHz network if your router lists separate bands.

  4. Remove and re-add the product

    In the app, go to Settings, select the product, and tap Remove. Then run setup again with the serial number or QR code and your Wi-Fi password. If setup fails, visit the Netatmo help centre at https://helpcenter.netatmo.com.

Is Netatmo down right now?

If report volume is normal, test your side: open the app on another device and check your Wi-Fi. A camera or thermostat that fails while others work points to that device or your local network.

Why does the Netatmo app say my camera is offline?
A camera goes offline when its Wi-Fi signal drops or the power adapter is unplugged. Open the Home + Security app and check the camera settings for a weak signal. Restart the camera from the app, then remove and re-add it if it still shows as unavailable. The help centre at https://helpcenter.netatmo.com covers account and device steps.

Why is my Netatmo weather station not sending data?
The outdoor module or rain gauge can lose contact with the indoor station when the batteries are low or the pairing has dropped. Bring the module within range and replace the batteries. Press the pairing button until the LED blinks, then check the module list in the Weather app for a missing or inactive sensor. If only one module is missing, the issue is between that module and the station.

I cannot log in to my Netatmo account; what should I check?
Login failures come from a mistyped email or an old password saved in your browser. Use the password reset link on the login screen, then sign in through a browser instead of the app to see if the same error appears. If you use Apple or Google sign-in, confirm you picked the same method you used when you created the account. For account recovery steps, contact the help centre.

Why does my Netatmo thermostat keep showing 'Thermostat is offline'?
That message means the thermostat lost its connection to the boiler relay or to your Wi-Fi. Check the relay's power. In the Energy app, set a manual override to test whether commands reach the thermostat, and move the thermostat closer to the relay if the override fails. No light on the relay points to local power or wiring.
