  3. Sign out of the app and sign back in

    Open the account section, sign out, then sign in with the same credentials you use on the Lucid site. Reset the password if the sign in fails twice. An expired token on the server side keeps you on the loading screen no matter how many restarts you do.

  4. Reinstall the app and pair your phone key again

    Delete the app, install the current version, and sign in; the mobile key pairing goes with the reinstall, so set it up again with Bluetooth turned on. If commands still fail after that, the fault is likely on the car or account side, so contact support through the app and have your VIN handy.
