Restart the Edenred app
Close the app fully, then open it again. On iPhone, swipe up from the bottom and pause, then swipe Edenred away; on Android, tap Recents and swipe the app away. Try once on Wi-Fi and once on mobile data, because captive Wi-Fi in offices or shops can block the session.
Update the Edenred app
Install any pending app update before you keep testing. On iPhone, open App Store, tap your profile icon, then check Available Updates; on Android, open Play Store, tap your profile icon, then go to Manage apps and device, Updates available.
Clear Edenred app data
On Android, open Settings, Apps, Edenred, Storage and cache, then tap Clear cache first; use Clear storage only if you are ready to sign in again. On iPhone, go to Settings, General, iPhone Storage, Edenred, Offload App, then reinstall it from the same screen.

- edenred.it in a browser If the app is the problem, the website may still let you check your area or manage basic account tasks.
- Pluxee Italia This helps only if your employer has given you Pluxee meal vouchers or welfare credit instead of Edenred.
- Up Day Use it as a fallback only when your company already issues Day vouchers or the merchant accepts that system.
What happens when Edenred goes down
Edenred is the Italian finance service at edenred.it for Ticket Restaurant meal vouchers and employee benefits, used by employers, workers, bars, and supermarkets. An outage can interrupt lunch payments, app access, balance checks, and benefit spending.
During an Edenred outage, the MyEdenred app may fail to sign in or show a stale Ticket Restaurant balance before the main website looks broken. Checkout pain comes next. At bars or supermarkets, digital voucher payments can be declined or sit pending while the cashier terminal waits for authorization. Problems can be regional or partial, so one merchant chain or one app function may fail while welfare pages or the public site still load.
