Press Ctrl+R on Windows or Command+R on Mac to reload the login page. If the page loads but the sign-in button does nothing, your saved session may be stale; sign out and sign back in.
Open CareerShift in a private window
Open your browser menu and choose New Incognito Window in Chrome or New Private Window in Firefox. Load the same address there, because extensions and old cookies often break the login form; if the app works in private mode, turn off extensions one by one.
Clear cookies for CareerShift
In Chrome, go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data, then choose these two boxes: Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files. Set the time range to All time, then clear the data; close every browser window before you sign in again.
