Why does Google Store decline my card when it works elsewhere?
A declined card on the store often means the billing address in your Google Payments profile does not match the one your bank has, or the bank blocked the first attempt as a fraud check. Fix the address in your payments profile, then try the order again with a different card if the same message appears. Your bank can confirm whether it sent a decline back to Google.

Why does my Google Store order still show as pending after I paid?
A pending order usually means the charge is an authorization hold while the store checks stock and address details; the order can sit there for a short time before it ships or clears. Check the order history for a cancellation notice, and call your bank if the hold stays after the order page stops updating.
