How to fix ARC Raiders not working

ARC Raiders is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:

1. Restart ARC Raiders cleanly

   Quit the game fully. On PC, close the launcher from the system tray too; on PS5 or Xbox, use the home screen menu to close the game before you start it again. A stale session can leave you stuck on the connecting screen, and a clean restart clears that state faster than a console standby cycle.

2. Flush DNS for ARC Raiders

   Open Command Prompt as administrator and run ipconfig /flushdns. Restart your PC, then retry the game; turn off any VPN or proxy because login and matchmaking traffic can fail when those tools route the game through a blocked address.

3. Verify ARC Raiders files

   On Steam, open your Library, right-click the game, choose Properties, then Installed Files, then Verify integrity of game files. On Epic, open Library, click the three dots on the game, choose Manage, then Verify. A bad download can crash the client or keep it from reaching matchmaking, and this check replaces broken files without a full reinstall.
