How to fix AMC Theatres not working

Sign out of AMC Stubs and back in
Tap Account, sign out, then sign back in with your AMC Stubs email and password. Stale sign-ins cause it. If the app rejects the password, reset it on the AMC Theatres website before you try again.
Clear the AMC app cache on Android
On Android, go to Settings > Apps > AMC Theatres > Storage & cache and tap Clear cache. Old showtime or theatre data can survive a normal restart. Do not tap Clear storage unless you want to sign in again and lose saved app preferences.
Reinstall the AMC app
Delete the app and install it again from the App Store or Google Play. Corrupt app files cause blank screens and checkout failures. Sign back in and download your tickets again before you go to the theatre.
