Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If it works on one and not the other, the problem is your network, not Way2go.
Update the app
Install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. Old versions can stop connecting after a server-side change.
While Way2go is down: what to use instead
- The card Use the physical card at a store when you need to pay and the app will not load; the terminal can authorize it without the app.
- The website Open the account site in a browser if the app stalls at sign-in.
- ATM Check your balance or take out cash at an ATM when you need money.
- Phone line Call the number printed on the card if you need a balance or a card problem handled while the app is down.
