Reload the page (Ctrl+F5, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac), or fully close the app and open it again.
Try another connection
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If it works on one and not the other, the problem is your network, not TSYS.
Update the app
Install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. Old versions can stop connecting after a server-side change.
While TSYS is down: what to use instead
- Cash If a card terminal cannot reach the processor, cash keeps a small purchase moving at the counter.
- Card from another issuer When one card keeps failing at checkout, try a card from another issuer before you leave the line.
- PayPal If the merchant accepts it, PayPal gives you a separate payment route when the card form stalls.
- Bank transfer For a bill or order that can wait, your bank's online transfer or bill pay can settle it without a card terminal.
